Southern Snowdonia Workshop 18th-22nd May 2026. £1295.
Join me in North Wales for five days of photographic tuition in the foothills of Cadair Idris and all along the Welsh coast from the Mawddach Estuary to Harlech and the Dwyryd. Rugged mountains, stunning coastlines, alluvial plains, mountain lakes, waterfalls and twisted oak forests make up just part of what this relatively unexplored area have to offer. As is usual with my workshops I try to keep travel during the week as low as possible and from our base near Dolgellau we have an abundance of different environments to discover. While we won’t be climbing to mountain summits we shall certainly be covering some uneven ground and ascending to a height where expansive views begin to open up so a certain level of fitness is required.
The course fee of £1295 covers five days of guidance and tuition, four nights’ accommodation and all meals (some home cooked and some out at local eateries), transport to and from locations during the week. Not included; transport to and from the area, alcoholic beverages/drinks with meals out and holiday insurance. A deposit of £350 is required to secure a place on this workshop with the balance of £945 due 8 weeks prior to the start of the course. Please make sure you have read the Ts&Cs at the bottom of this page before securing your place. Just four places in total on this workshop which can be booked below.
